During the operation of the vacuum pump, negative pressure can easily cause the vacuum pump oil and gas to return to the vacuum container. The adsorption trap is installed in front of the vacuum pump air inlet, and activated alumina balls are used as adsorption media. It can adsorb water vapor and chemically corrosive and harmful gases in the pumped gas, and at the same time prevent the vacuum pump oil and gas from returning to the vacuum container. The oil blocking rate can reach more than 99%.
Customers can choose according to the actual use of the vacuum pump. Activated alumina balls can be revived after heating and removing water, but the amount of this adsorption trap is small, and it is recommended that the alumina balls be used once.
